Well, who do we have here?
Appraiser Wayne A. Schulte originally began his adventure in 1980, working as an Associate for his father's appraisal business , A. H. Schulte & Associates. There he trained "hands on" in the appraisal field. He has since developed a fine system of evaluation, and perfected all that would be necessary to eventually build his own business.
We started as Wayne Schulte Appraisals. We serve St. Charles County and most surrounding areas. The degree of information and appraisal knowledge which was developed here, continues to grow with every appraisal. Wayne's Professional Affiliations include the Veteran Administration of Approved Appraisers and is a Missouri State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. And he belongs to an array of organizations including the St. Charles County Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Of course there is the unending list of professional and continuing education which we will post at a later date.
